Michele Lambert
Deputy Head, Teaching and Learning
Michele joined New River College five years ago as SENCO and then moved into the role of Deputy Head responsible for Teaching and Learning. Her teaching experience has been in vocational education, careers, RSHE and Citizenship, alongside a range of leadership roles in both mainstream secondary and further education. She has provided support, mentoring and training to staff across many different settings and continually takes up opportunities to learn about improving education and life chances for young people.
