Farah Class marked Holocaust Memorial Day as part of their Humanities lessons. The class held an assembly where children from Primary placed stones as an act of remembrance at the foot of our Memorial in class.

Class Dojo a huge success!

Here at New River Primary we have been showcasing ‘Class Dojo’ a new online resource that connects teachers, parents/carers and children. Children earn points for their positive behaviour and input these into the App. This sends updates to parents/carers phones through the Class Dojo App, with live reports and instant messaging!

Here at New River Primary we have been testing out our new iPads in Computing and Cross-Curricular sessions. We have used an app called ‘Comic Life’ to document our work in topics such as Science and Cooking. We have produced some ‘How to Guides’ for you to read.
